following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before proceeding. These

terms govern the use of our consultancy services related to overseas education,

admissions, visa processing, and financial assistance.

2. Scope of Services

Vidhyaa Route provides:

- Overseas university admissions guidance for the UK, USA, Canada, Ireland, France, and

other countries.

- Counseling on course selection, application submission, and documentation.

- Visa filing and processing support.

- Guidance for education loan applications through partner financial institutions.

- Pre-departure and post-admission support (if applicable).

Note: Admission decisions, visa approvals, and loan sanctions are the sole discretion of

the respective universities, embassies, and financial institutions. Vidhyaa Route does not

guarantee acceptance, approval, or sanction.

3. Student Responsibilities

- Provide accurate, authentic, and complete information during the admission and visa

process.

- Comply with deadlines for documentation, fee payments, and other requirements.

- Maintain communication with universities/authorities as advised by Vidhyaa Route.

- Ensure compliance with immigration laws of the host country.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

- Service fees charged by Vidhyaa Route are non-refundable once the process has

started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Application fees, university charges, visa fees, insurance, and related expenses are paiddirectly by the student to the respective institutions/authorities.

- Vidhyaa Route is not liable for any financial loss arising from rejection, delays, or policy

changes by universities, embassies, or financial institutions.

5. Limitation of Liability

- Vidhyaa Route acts as an intermediary and advisory body.

- We do not control or influence decisions made by universities, embassies, or banks.

- We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect information provided by the student,

sudden policy changes, or delays caused by third parties.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

- All student information and documents shared with Vidhyaa Route will be kept

confidential.

- Data may be shared only with universities, visa authorities, or financial institutions for

application purposes.

- Vidhyaa Route complies with applicable data protection regulations.

7. Code of Conduct

- Students must interact respectfully with Vidhyaa Route staff.

- Misrepresentation, submission of false documents, or non-cooperation may result in

immediate termination of services.

8. Force Majeure

Vidhyaa Route is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond its

control, such as government policy changes, natural disasters, or international crises.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be

subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Faridabad.

10. Amendments

Vidhyaa Route reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any

time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review them periodically
